What to Expect
During a sports physical, Dr. Corbin Mixon will review relevant health history and complete the exam required for athletic participation.
The visit may include evaluation of:
- Height, weight, and vital signs
- Heart and lungs
- Vision
- Joint mobility and movement
- Strength and musculoskeletal function
- Previous injuries or health concerns relevant to sports participation
What to bring:
- Your school or organization’s required physical form
- A list of current medications
- Glasses or contacts, if normally worn
- A parent or legal guardian for minors, when required
Important Note: Sports physical appointments are focused specifically on completing the required athletic examination. Chiropractic care is not included unless separately scheduled.
