No. Memberships are optional. You may continue to pay per visit and choose a wellness plan only if it better fits your routine and budget.
Unused visits do not roll over to the next month, so we recommend choosing the plan that best matches how often you expect to come in.
Yes. Contact us before the 23rd of the month if you would like to change your plan for the following billing cycle.
You can manage your membership through your online booking account or email us at info@apwellnesschiro.com.
Memberships are charged on the first business day of each month. To cancel or pause your membership before the next billing cycle, submit your request before the 23rd of the current month.
A paused membership can remain inactive for up to 6 months without requiring a re-exam. If the pause extends beyond 6 months, a re-exam is required before care resumes.
